Key Information for UF Online Students: Understanding Your Admissions Pathway
As a student considering your options at the University of Florida, it is important to understand that the admissions process for UF Online and UF Main Campus are separate and distinct. Admission to UF Online does not guarantee or lead to admission to UF Main Campus, and likewise, admission to UF Main Campus does not guarantee or lead to admission to UF Online.
Important Considerations for Your Academic Journey
With the exception of the Pathway to Campus Enrollment (PaCE) program, UF Online is not a pathway to becoming a UF Main Campus student. If your goal is to attend UF in person, you should apply directly to the main campus or contact the Office of Admissions to explore your options.
- If you are admitted to UF Online, and you wish to attend in person, you must apply to campus.
- If you are admitted to campus, and you wish to transition to UF Online, you must apply to UF Online.
- This applies to both freshman and transfer applicants.
- Admission to UF Main Campus is limited and varies by major.
